Eight years ago, birds were the only things that twittered. Ten years ago, when you “liked” something, not every friend and long-lost relative around the globe read about it on facebook. Twenty years ago, telling someone, “Google it,” would have been considered utter gibberish. Today, though, social media is unavoidable. It is all around us.
This week, walk with God as you engage in social media. Walk with integrity on the Internet. Consider how and what you tweet, like and comment. Think about ways to honor your Savior in all your social media interactions.
Also consider the fact that the Internet can be a powerful tool for spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ. How can you use it to invite others to walk by faith in him?
